Who else loves Mondays?!

My opinion, for what it's worth, is that a “case of the Mondays” should be defined by enthusiasm and gratitude for the opportunities ahead.

Don’t get me wrong, I love the weekend too. I just don't view it as a reward or that I'm "working for the weekend."

In fact, I often do some deep work on Saturday morning, and also do a bit of planning on Sunday night.

But zero work in between and I mean ZERO. I crave this a 24-hour period with no work-related activities, thinking, or even reading business books.

During that time, I connect with my family for extended periods of time, get things done around the house, and attend church on Sunday morning.

This rest from work, aka Sabbath, allows me to recharge and return with a sharper mind and fresh perspective.

It makes me more productive in the long run.

And it makes me feel pumped up for Monday!

Thank God it’s Monday!
