Everything is handmade by me! To get to know me a little better... My name is Ashley and I'm a stay at home mama of a beautiful little girl! I started this business almost 5 years ago so I could stay home with her and with all you AMAZING customers, you've made a dream come true with allowing me to continue to do so!
Here's a few things going into 2020...
Handmade items take time; Orders typically take 3-6 weeks from payment to shipping. (3 weeks at MINIMUM) *TIMES WILL BE EXTENDED AT PEAK SEASONS
While I work very hard to make sure that my items leave here as perfect as possible, HANDMADE items are never perfect. Your tiles may have knots in the wood, stain not matching (I cannot control how porous a tile is)... Rest assured that I will not allow things to leave here that I cannot be happy sending. I send pictures before shipment and if you are not happy with something please state so THEN.
No two items will ever be 100% alike - please keep this in mind if ordering "matching" items. Each item will have its own individual imperfections.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
1. Payment MUST be made via Paypal or square invoice - due no later than 24 hours from ordering. We do not go into any store or online and say "I want X, but I will pay later".... You pay when you order.
2. Payment MUST be made before any order is started. Your order time frame begins AFTER payment is received.
3. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS
4. Items will be shipped at cost but I am willing to meet or deliver (pending location) note that a fee may apply. Porch pick up may also be arranged at my discretion.
5. Shipping is via USPS and customers are responsible for shipping charges. I am NOT responsible for damage that is incurred during transit. …Priority mail insurance is included.
7. Once an item is in your possession, I am NOT responsible for damage.
8. Note that you choose the layout. When you receive your sign you will see that not every name has every letter. That is because said names intersect at those particular letters. If you would like the full names including every letter, you must make this known at the time of the order, otherwise you will be responsible for purchase and shipping cost of said extra letters.
