Just this past week I had a member call me because she had already tried to get help with AT&T fraud dept for the 6 IPhone X’s put on her account – she received a bill for $1920, could not pay it so her and her disabled husbands phone was turned off because AT&T’s fraud person said her husband authorized for them online and he does not find this to be fraud. She was upset, said I wish to cancel my account – that will be $8,000!! She absolutely did not have that. She called me – said what does my membership do for me, I told her let’s start with our investigators at Kroll and if we need to we will contact our Law Firm as well. It took Kroll’s Investigator speaking to AT&T’s fraud dept 1 ½ hours and during that time not only were ALL fraudulent charges removed, but her & her husband’s phones were turned back on and operational again – just in time for the weekend. She is EXTREMELY Grateful to have her coverage!
