*A Heart Shattered into a Million Pieces*

I lost my dearest friend, my son, my king, my everything, over the weekend. The definition of "man's best friend" was embodied in Kato, and his sudden departure has left me with a heart broken into a million pieces.

Kato was more than just a pet; he was my family, my universe, my sunshine in the darkest of times. His strong European lineage and intact tail made him a unique and special companion. He filled my heart and soul to overflowing, and his love and presence lifted me up in ways I never thought possible.

His unexpected passing has left a gaping hole in my life, and my home feels empty without his massive presence and larger-than-life personality. My girls, his furry sisters, are upset, lonely, and depressed, which hurts me even more.

Kato was no ordinary dog; he was my son, my baby, my best friend. I loved him with every ounce of my soul, and his loss has left me feeling like a part of me is missing. I know it may seem silly to some, but Kato was more than just a pet – he was a member of my family.

As I write this, tears streaming down my face, I know he's watching over me from beyond, protecting me and guiding me through this darkest of times. I will miss him for the rest of my life, but I'm grateful for the time we had together.

Rest in peace, my beloved Kato – my potato, my big shoompy loop, little big head, Katie, big big big big boy. You will live forever in my heart.

I am reaching out for some help as my daughter and baby girl Gigi is in the emergency room and needs to have an emergency C-section.
