Congrats Dan! One of my Longest best friends since tenth grade settled on his beautiful house today!
Dan reached out in the beggining of August and said “ I wanna buy a house”. By August 8 we were under contract and today we settled. Yes. You read that right.

Offer out and accepted on Aug 8
Mortgage commitment less than week later
Settled on Aug 22.

Two weeks is bananas for a non cash purchase. Has it been done quicker. Of course. But the norm
Is 30 days.

Why Anthony Barrett?

My name is Anthony Barrett, Licensed Realtor with the Best Agency in the World, Keller Williams.

Welcome to my page! Chances are, you were referred here, but just in case you weren't, let me tell you why most of my clients are.

As a young man growing up, I only witnessed great things from my parents. You see, they were both entrepreneurs and business owners. My father owns a restaurant and my mother, a landscape business. From an early age I was introduced to helping others and providing services that made other people smile. People love food and great service. They also love , coming home to a freshly manicured lawn on a hot august day and realizing they don’t have to do it themselves!

In 2004, I entered the workforce as a construction worker, building and servicing Sunrooms all across the Tri-State area. After a few years, the desire to pursue self employment, like my parents, started to weigh on me. In 2007, I started a Landscape Business in the Bucks County area. I had incredible customers. Ones that allowed me to enjoy my job each and every day. I learned the value of hard work, dedication, and why it was imperative to go above and beyond what others were doing in my industry.

In 2015, I started my real estate journey. I closed landscape companies doors, and took a leap of faith. I took a commission only Design Consultant position with the same sunroom company that hired me as young man. In doing so, this allowed me to pursue Real estate courses and schooling. Over the last 5 years, I have been able to work with thousands of homeowners on Sunroom and addition building projects. Being invited into the homes of so many people and helping facilitate the completion of their goals and dreams, provided me with an endless wealth of industry knowledge and personal satisfaction.

In retrospect, I learned a lot about myself over those years, the most important being that I had natural instinct for helping others with difficult decisions,visualization and solving last minute issues that made others stop dead in their tracks. Combined with being easy to reach and almost instantaneous with follow up, you wont have to worry about getting the answers and information you need.

With all of this said, helping people has always come natural to me. Its important when making the decision to buy or sell a home that your real estate agent is someone capable of handling this transaction and executing it in YOUR best interest. Home buying isn't something the average person does day to day. That’s where I come in . Day in and day out, I help homeowners sell, and new or repeat clients, buy.
