I have often seen people struggle with there body image. They fear to eat certain foods because they keep telling themselves about the ill-effects of that food.
But can't keep away from them.
So they feel guilty about eating.
Thereby attaching a negative emotion with the food, a feeling of aversion towards that emotion and getting more conscious of their bodies and a very fearsome relation with their food.

Can a relation be healthy, if there is aversion,fear,guilt and hate involved?
So how can your food get you healthy if you look at it with a negative emotion?

You are worthy of love. Develop the feelings of self-love.Love your body for what it is. Eat with an attitude of Gratitude. Thank the food" whatever it is" for being in your plate and for nourishing you.
Don't strive to lose weight. It does not define you. Strive for a healthy body. Change your perspective.
