I figured I could make an ‘About Us’ post, just so we can introduce ourselves to you and so you can know the faces behind the products we make!

My name is Sara and my husband’s name is Michael. We both have a Bachelor’s Of Fine Arts in Media Arts and Animation. We met in our second semester of college in our Short Format Storytelling class and the rest is history. 5 and a half years later and we are quickly approaching our first wedding anniversary, own two adorably obnoxious corgi pups, named Agent Aaron Hotchner and Princess Azula, and a demon cat, Renly Baratheon, and just moved into our first home together. I spent the last 6 and a half years working as a veterinary assistant in multiple areas of veterinary medicine and have a strong passion for animals. Michael also has a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry and previously worked in a heat treating facility for metal parts. Two things we both have in common, however, is our love for art and that we’re total nerds. Disney, Harry Potter, and most Broadway musicals are my life (he proposed in Chicago after we saw Hamilton the first time) and Michael is everything video games, Star Wars, and DnD. Outside of that, we love adventure and traveling. We love being in nature and taking our pups hiking with us when we can. We believe that our lives are too short and unpredictable to stay in just one place the entire time. The world is a big and beautiful place, you just have to get out and see it. And we want to see as much of it as we can until we reach that point where we physically aren’t able to anymore. We want to live our lives like we’re TRULY living and do things that make us feel fulfilled.

We have both found ourselves in a unique position where we are both unemployed and are able to seek out a completely new avenue for ourselves. Starting up a creative business is something I’ve been wanting to do for years, but have never really had the push to until now, when we have more time on our hands to put our energy into it. I’ve had designs floating around in my head for a long time that I’ve been wanting to use and share with friends and family, and now is the perfect time to bring them to life! We’re both excited to see where this adventure takes us!

Welcome to Addy Ever After designs! This is a small creative design shop my husband and I are starting up to create fun, modern, affordable clothing and accessories fit for anyone and everyone! Our main focus is nerd culture and aaallll the puppies and kitties, seeing as we are devoted pet parents and major nerds ourselves! Please be patient as we get our bearings and set up shop. We are so excited to get started and work with you🌸
