Personnel World is recruiting for a Service Technician to join our client's team!

💼 Position Details:
- Pay Rate: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
- Location: Lansing, Michigan
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift
- Company Vehicle Provided

🔧 What You'll Do:
Repair and maintain commercial cleaning equipment both in-shop and at customer locations. You'll be the problem-solving hero that keeps our clients' equipment running smoothly!

🌟 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on commercial cleaning equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions
- Use your problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix equipment issues
- Maintain organized and clean work areas
- Complete services efficiently and on time

📋 What You Need:
- Technical/mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment
- Experience with commercial cleaning equipment (highly preferred)
- Knowledge of 12V battery-powered equipment (a plus)
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift items over 50 lbs
- Strong mechanical aptitude and efficiency-focused mindset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivation to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfort using technology for work tasks
- Valid driver's license in good standing
