🌟 We’re Hiring a Lead Teacher! 🌟
Do you have a passion for working with children and creating a positive, nurturing learning environment? Our early learning center is looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Lead Teacher to join our team! 💛
As a Lead Teacher, you will:
✨ Create and implement engaging lesson plans
✨ Foster a safe, loving, and educational classroom environment
✨ Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
✨ Lead and support classroom routines and activities
✨ Help children grow socially, emotionally, academically, and spiritually
📚 Lead Teacher Requirements:
✔️ Must be at least 18 years old
✔️ High School Diploma or GED required
✔️ CDA, Associate’s Degree, or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred (or willingness to obtain)
✔️ Experience working with young children in a licensed childcare setting preferred
✔️ Ability to pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements
✔️ Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
✔️ CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

We loved celebrating all of the amazing moms and mother figures last week at our monthly Family Night! 💐💕
It was such a blessing to spend time together making memories, sharing smiles, and honoring the incredible women who pour so much love into their children each and every day. We are so thankful for the families God has placed in our center and the opportunity to walk alongside you in your children’s growth and learning.

Our little learners at Trinity Enrichment & Development Center have been loving the beautiful sunshine and spending extra time outdoors exploring, playing, and learning together! From hands-on activities to meaningful moments of prayer, worship, and kindness, we are so thankful for the opportunity to nurture both the minds and hearts of our children each day.
We love watching our students grow academically, socially, and spiritually as they learn about God’s love through everyday experiences. 🌼📚🙏

🌎💚 This week at TEDCenter, our little learners celebrated Earth Day in the best way, by taking action!
Our classrooms spent time learning about the importance of recycling, helping pick up trash around our play areas, and even planting beautiful flowers to brighten our space and care for our environment. 🌱🌼
We love watching our children grow not only academically, but also as kind and responsible stewards of the world around them. Small hands can make a big difference! 💚🌎

We also want to say a big thank you to Lansing Gardens for donating soil for our little learners. 🌼

As we enter this special weekend, we reflect on the true meaning of Good Friday and Easter.
Good Friday reminds us of Jesus’ incredible love and sacrifice, and Easter brings the joy and hope of His resurrection, a beautiful reminder that light overcomes darkness and love always wins.
We are so grateful to share these values of faith, love, and kindness with our children each day. Wishing all of our families a blessed and joyful Easter! ✝️🤍

We hosted a successful Family Night event last evening, with a focus on reading in celebration of March Reading Month. The evening's activities included an engaging story path, book themed craft, letter activities, story time, and refreshments. We appreciate everyone's attendance and participation. We can’t wait for next month’s! 💚📚
