Agent Nibbles here to remind you... Your mental health is important. It's extremely important. If you are anxious. If you are depressed. If you can't decompress. If you're overwhelmed. If you need to talk to someone, ask for help. Find the resources. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness, it's a sign of wisdom. Value yourself as much as you value those you love. You deserve the same care you give others.

Be recklessly courageous about your mental health.

I see a Dr. almost monthly and a therapist weekly. I am not ashamed of getting help for my issues and symptoms. I'm strong. I've been through a lot. I've had to deal with things that I would not wish on others. And it all left some kind of wound. I'm healing now and I can't do it alone.

If you need help... find help. Nibbles and I are rooting for you.

Just an FYI. I was signed up to be in Artist Alley at Kogan Con tomorrow but unfortunately will not be able to attend. I will be at Capital City Comic Con from July 12 to 14 with 6 new prints. I hope to see you there.

Hi. I hope to see you all at Capital City Comic Con Next weekend. July 12-14. I will be doing several panels this year including being a guest in the Hollywood Squares game at 1pm on Saturday the 13th in Panel Room 1. The game is going to be played just like the old TV show, and if you play and are a winner, you can win some cool swag.

This Thursday June 27 at the The Comic Signal we will be having a game demo event for the card game I illustrated "STEALING SCENES: ACTION!" The game is now available for sale. The event starts at 5:30pm. I will be conducting game demos, signing boxes, and giving away free posters to anyone who participates in a demo. The premise of the game is you're an extra, walk-on actor, or stunt person and you're trying to steal the scenes you're in, get the directors attention and get bigger roles.
