We have class at Peoples Yoga tomorrow! I am looking forward to lots of fun!

You do not need to have attended the first two weeks to attend tomorrow. We are offering a series to provide continuity, to encourage relationship-building, and to create a supportive community for children and their caregivers. However, if weekly attendance does not fit your life, you are welcome to attend whenever it does work for you.

If you are new to the studio, and need help figuring out the class packages and sign-up structure, please come to class about 15 minutes early and I will do my best to walk you through that process. Or, see the link in comments below.

Our second class at Peoples Yoga begins in 3 hours! You can begin attending this week, or any week class is in session, and you do not have to sign up for a set number of classes in order to attend.

I am looking forward to class tomorrow at Peoples Yoga! We hope you'll join us on a regular basis, but you don't have to sign up for a certain number of classes to attend just one.

Stories on the MoveĀ® classes are collaborative, community based experiences that focus on interactive storytelling, engaging puppetry, immersive materials, movement exploration, curated music, and all sorts of creatively expressive fun!

Activities invite every participant to contribute to an inclusive, collective journey through imaginative, play-based learning, humor, delight, and positive, constructive language. The structure of class allows children to be exactly who they are while discovering limitless ways of becoming. Each experience holds space to amplify joy, develop meaningful connections, and move mindfully.

Parents and caregivers are always encouraged, though not required, to play and participate with children. Accompanying adults must remain on the studio premises, but can be outside of the room if children are comfortable attending on their own.
