IF YOU WEAR EXTENSIONS READ THIS!
It’s SO important to protect your skin with sunscreen, but not all sunblock is safe for your weave hunni!
🙏🏼 IF you wear extensions, make sure you’re using a sunscreen that is free of the ingredient “avenbenzone” ! If you use a sunblock that does contain avenbenzone, it can discolor your extensions and even make them orange …🚫
Most sunscreens that are safe will say “mineral based sunscreen” on the bottle, just make sure you’re double checking the ingredient list.
Two of my favs are the Native brand , sold at Meijer or Target, and Australian Gold makes a mineral based as well that I keep handy ☀️
