Upper anterior case replacing some misaligned teeth. These were emax layered with Emax cream. The patient also wanted a brighter smile and was very satisfied with the results. Dr Vence provided pre op and diagnostic casts, and a custom incisal guide table was used to follow function set by the provisionals from the mounted provisional models.
