Thank you so much for your patience and support over the past three months. Our team has been working diligently across both properties to ensure a smooth transition as we welcome our new, returning, and transfer tenants to our new building at 354 Park.
And to our amazing tenants at 226 Common — thank you for being so understanding during this especially busy time. We truly appreciate your patience if maintenance requests have taken a little longer than usual… even though in reality it’s only been a couple of hours (hehe!). 😊

A big thank you to the incredible owners who started this journey in the ‘80s, and to the amazing generation that followed and took the brand to new heights.
