We also want to give a sincere thank you to our wonderful residents for your patience, flexibility, and understanding throughout this process. We know upgrades like these can bring temporary disruptions, and we’re grateful for your cooperation as we worked to improve our shared spaces.

We’re excited to share some of the amazing progress happening in our clubhouse! 🎉
Fresh upgrades are coming together beautifully, including brand-new flooring that brings a modern, refreshed feel to the space. We’ve also installed energy-efficient lighting to create a brighter, more sustainable environment for everyone to enjoy. 💡🌿
The walls have been transformed with fresh paint, giving the clubhouse a clean, updated look—and we’re especially thrilled about the progress with the addition of our new coffee bar ☕, perfect for relaxing, catching up with neighbors, or starting your day on the right note.
We can’t wait for you to experience the new and improved space. Stay tuned for more updates as we put the finishing touches in place!

Junes' Pet of the Month

Meet Ellie!

Our Re*****on Square Pet of the Month winner is a playful bundle of joy, Ellie!
We reached out to her owner and best friend to find out a little bit more about Ellie and her story.

"Ellie just turned 6 this March. I adopted her when she was 2 years old after she had quite the journey—she was a stray who was found pregnant and brought to a shelter. She ended up having her babies there, and a couple of months later, I was lucky enough to bring her home.
Even now, she still acts like a kitten! She’s full of energy and would much rather play with my things than any of her own toys. She truly is the sweetest, silliest cat ever."

When our maintenance technician met Ellie, she was quick to inspect what he was doing and had climbed up on his back to watch as a service request was completed. Our Tech states she was beyond soft and even though she may have slightly slowed his progress with the repair, it was worth it to be a perch to such a lovely lady.

We want to say thank you to Ellie and her best friend for bringing a smile to our team and the community!
