TOOL FOR TODAY: Use the box breathing technique to help calm your nerves and mind. Closing your eyes, breathe in through your nose, breathe in and count to four. Then hold this breath while counting to four. Then exhale while counting to four, then hold while empty counting to four. Repeat. Do this 3 times whenever you feel stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed.

Try this out and see how it helps you make emotional space for healing. One step at a time, you've got this. 💚🌟
