Today is the final day of maple season 2026! Total sap collected-93,500 gallons
Sugar content ranged from 2% down to 1%
Any guesses on the season total??
Some sugar snow and a freeze last night opened some trees up pretty good!

Sugar is high, vacuum is in good shape and sap is clear! Let’s hope for a good season!!🤞🍁
In celebration of the final taps going into the trees today for maple syrup, we figured we would show the biggest tree on the farm. It measures 14 feet in circumference at the chest! How old do you think it is?
