What do you want to see for a food cart at Slab Town Lebanon? Greek? Italian? Middle Eastern? Ukrainian? how about Polynesian? South American? What is it that Lebanon wants out side of the current food scene? It is official we have our application into the city and are moving forward. We will be working more on reaching out to the local community with your involvement, ideas and comments in mind. Community is every thing.

As the civil engineers fish up we are moving forward with digging out the for the customer board walk and vendor pads getting ready for rock and concrete once we get our permit. We are meeting with vendors and signing them up so if you have a food truck, trailer or cart email me at [email protected] for more details. We are not going anywhere but forward.
