I am not convinced this would be a good thing. From my notes, a new measure would have to pass in each area, with any one or two able to fail the measure. This is the assertion: require voter approval of citizen-initiated constitutional amendments in each congressional district, rather than statewide. So any one district could fail. Approval of #4 favors representative over public. Vote NO.Thought comments?

1. Immigrants of all types need to be treated respectfully
2. Immigration requests should be filed from their home country.
3. Immigrants without legal authorization should be removed to their home country (or denied entry) after Due Process
4. Establish firm requirements and procedures to permit immigration.
5. Encourage immigrants to gain a Green Card that requires them to pay taxes and social security ( a benefit to the ailing Social Security Program)
6. Immigrants without legal standing are ineligible for any program that utilizes Federal or State Funds.
7. No person, regardless of immigration status, shall be denied critical medical care or humane treatment.
