Redeemed in Home Care is looking to hire a commissioned salesperson.

We provide trusted, personalized care for seniors and adults who need support at home. Our mission is to bring peace of mind to families through compassionate, reliable care.

Position Overview:
This role is focused on building relationships and generating new client referrals through hospitals, rehab centers, senior living communities, churches, physicians, elder law attorneys, and community organizations.

This is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare sales, hospice, home health, senior living, or medical relationship-based sales.

Responsibilities:

Develop referral partnerships in the local community
Meet with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and healthcare professionals
Generate private-pay client referrals
Represent Redeemed In Home Care at networking events and community outreach opportunities
Maintain strong follow-up with referral sources and prospective families
Help families understand care options and onboard new clients

Qualifications:

Sales experience preferred (healthcare/senior care strongly preferred)
Strong relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Professional communication skills
Reliable transportation
Existing healthcare referral relationships are a major plus

Compensation:
Commission-based with strong earning potential.

10% of first month gross revenue
5% of second month gross revenue
2.5 % of third month gross revenue
Performance bonuses available

Unlimited income potential for the right person.
