Meet one of our standout team members, Jerome, who has quickly become an essential part of the Miller Integrity family!
Born and raised in Loudoun County, he spent his early years in the once-idyllic farmland of Arcola, later calling Ashburn and Brambleton home before settling in peaceful Hamilton with his wife and three children. He’s deeply connected to the area and truly appreciates its quieter corners.
He joined Miller Integrity almost exactly one year ago and still remembers the excitement of his interview and the instant warmth he felt meeting Christopher. What he values most about working here is Christopher’s genuine kindness and care for every team member. He thrives in his role, bringing natural organization and logistical excellence to every project—skills that keep things running smoothly for the whole company.
When asked about favorite projects, he says they’ve all brought unique challenges and learning opportunities in the construction world. Standouts include a pair of bathrooms in downtown Leesburg—where the client was incredibly kind to his children—and a custom addition in Leesburg, where he’s helping build a home with character. Both have given him valuable insight into the industry.
His secret weapon? Years of playing Tetris obsessively, which he credits with sharpening his exceptional organizational and scheduling abilities (though he admits he never quite conquered level 25!). He brings passion and full commitment to every task he’s given.
Looking ahead, he’s excited about the future at Miller Integrity. Drawing on his award-winning experience as a Domino’s Pizza manager, he hopes to one day lead his own logistical team to better serve homeowners, clients, and project managers. His big vision? Helping Miller Integrity grow into a household name across the DMV.
