Everyone acts like you're supposed to have your life figured out by 25. Meanwhile I'm still learning how to actually save money instead of spending it on studio time I don't need yet. The older artists who kept it real about the struggle hit different now.

The difference between a hit and a flop is sometimes just timing and sometimes just luck. Nobody wants to admit that part. We all act like we cracked some code when really we just caught the wave at the right moment. That's the real tea.

People really expect you to be grateful for exposure while your rent is due. Like yeah, let me pay my landlord in streams and good vibes. That'll work out great.
