Can’t wait for this season of shoots 📸

If you’ve been following along my page for a while you might have noticed that we have relocated to Moscow Idaho! After settling in and getting used to our new life I’ve been itching to get behind the camera again.

As my main source of bookings comes through word of mouth it’s been interesting learning the ropes of the photo scene in my community and a huge challenge putting myself out there like a newbie once again. I’m so grateful for your continued support and encouragement, it means the world to me as I start this new chapter.

I can’t wait to meet and collaborate with local creatives and families and capture the beauty of this stunning region!

Tiny milestones and everyday moments deserve to be captured. This sweet family reached out to me right on the brink of winter’s arrival. ‘We don’t like poses,’ they said. So naturally, I gave a few prompts, but little Dagur with his hobbling steps led the way.

No forced smiles or stiff poses – just the gentle beauty of everyday life.

Isaiah and Clarissa’s day was filled with so much joy and laughter as these two committed their love to each other admits their family and close friends

My favorite moment was asking Isaiah to describe his vision of Clarissa’s dress right before she made her entrance during the first look. He knew his future bride so well and got it down to a T “it’s probably white but not very long and it’s probably got flowers growing out of it, some kind of creative design on it, it’ll be kind of at her feet and go out to the sides a bit.”

It was beautiful hearing stories from themselves as well as their bridal party of how they met and spent their time while dating. I’m usually a fly on a wall through out the day, aiming to be forgotten about but present enough to catch all the special moments. This group in particular was very hospitable and welcomed me as if I were a guest participating in the event.

It was an honor to preserve Isaiah and Clarissa’s cherished memories 🤎
