It’s birth class day!!! We are so excited to educate 4 couples to help prep them for their big day!

Rooted In Grace Childbirth Education is a holistically centered, physiology-based course designed for couples who want the real truth about childbirth.

This class focuses on understanding how birth works and how to support the body through intensity, rather than overriding its natural process. We believe interventions should be used only when truly necessary, and we emphasize informed, confident decision-making throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Our curriculum covers conception through labor, birth, newborn care, and postpartum recovery, offering families a comprehensive foundation rather than isolated techniques.

Each couple receives a take-home binder filled with evidence-informed resources, discussion guides, and reference material to support ongoing learning and shared decision-making.

This class welcomes both home birth and hospital birth families seeking grounded, honest preparation.
