The Siciliano : Arborio rice mixed with Parmesan cheese, stuffed with meat, peas and a melty chunk of fresh mozzarella, tossed in Italian seasoned Bread crumbs, cooked and then deep fried until the outside makes a crunch with every single bite. On top of our home made tomato sauce.
