More smoking fun! Smoked . Used one pound of ground beef, one pound of chorizo, half a block of regular and white queso, bag of Cheddar cheese, block od cream cheese and some heavy cream. Smoked for 2 hours then ate it with chips!

Smoked a pork roast for tacos! Rubbed it with chili powder cumin garlic salt and dried cilantro. Applewood smoke with a spray of the rub mixed in over 7 hours. Bone fell out and shredded it for tacos.

Finally got out to the Asian market out here in Columbia! Loved it!!! So we're on a mission to get some fried garlic to make this awesome

Red pepper flakes
Sesame seeds
