Awarded 2015 & 2016 Lexington's Best Wedding Planning Business!

07/23/2025

Just a post so this page doesn't get hacked. I don't want to lose any content on it.

Hope everyone out there is doing great!

I'm still following wedding trends but I've switched gears to start a Jeep trail guiding business a few years back. Follow my offroad adventures at Kilted Trail Guide! My partner, Jeff Foley and I, have transformed the industry by moving the needle from "wheeling with friends," to hiring a professional trail guide. What once was a hobby guides did for their local clubs has morphed into a business opportunity to help Jeep owners gain confidence in their offroad driving skills. It's been more successful than we could ever dream possible! Lol...I don't wear a kilt but my partner does so hence, the name of the business.

Love seeing this 2018 wedding randomly pop up on Instagram. The details were exquisite and the couple gave me full reign to design and plan.

Also, if I recall correctly, I had 25 stitches put in the back of my thigh that morning and still crushed a 15 hour workday with no harm to the timeline. Adrenaline makes people do amazing things...

Will update with vendor info.

Hooray! June 11th, Kentucky is releasing Covid restrictions! 100% full capacity events. With this, now I'll open my calendar to 2021/22 events. If you're looking for a coordinator this year, or a planner for next, I'm accepting new clients. Looking forward to finally getting back into the business of weddings!

So...having a hard time staying out of this industry. I know a few months ago, when the pandemic struck, that I felt overwhelmed and decided to close up shop. However, talking to newly engaged brides is so refreshing and exhilarating, it makes me want to jump back into planning/coordinating again. So, with that said...looking forward to 2021-22 weddings!

Our first wedding of the 2020 season is tomorrow. So excited, happy and relieved for this day to finally arrive. Two couples out of 9 on our calendar stuck to their original plans to marry in front of family and friends. We couldn't be more overjoyed they weathered this crazy pandemic storm. Safety precautions are in place and although we have to veer slightly to a new normal, it will be a beautiful day!

❤ Thanks and Love ❤

To all the wonderful clients I've had the honor and privilege to help celebrate throughout the years, thank you for letting me share in the creation of your beautiful events. I have truly enjoyed every moment we spent making your wedding day dreams a reality.

It's time for me to close this chapter in my life.

To my vendor friends: you made my job easier with your talent and skill (and ability to laugh under pressure). I was always only as good as my team and I surrounded myself with the very best. I have so many memories of all of you who went above and beyond to get the job done. So, thank YOU. Your friendship will remain in my heart forever.

All my best to each and every one of you.

This table inspiration and I created 10 years ago stands the test of time. Truly one of my most favorite projects since the beginning of my business.

I look forward to the day when designing beautiful tablescapes for grand events can happen again. Sigh.
