💡Fun fact: When I travel to other countries, I love to stop at food stores to check out the local chips and candy. As a connoisseur of snacky foods😊, I look for options that we don't have at home.

When in Italy at the WoHaSu, I spotted some spicy ketchup-flavored crisps… had to give them a try! And then I noticed the name on the packaging. I actually brought these chips to a training about Mental Health stigma for a healthy conversation about WORDS MATTER!

Some may say we are being too sensitive? Has someone ever used a word that you identify with in a casual way, and you were offended?!? “you’re so crazy” or “that’s so gay” are just a few phrases that I’ve heard in the past few days…

𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴! 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗰𝗸-𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗢!

ECHO Initiative, which focuses on High Fidelity Wraparound Case Management, is funded by Lutheran Services Florida Health Systems and the Florida Department of Children and Families. This tele-mentoring program uses videoconferencing technology to combine brief expert presentations with participants' interactive and practical case presentations. ECHO consists of 8 sessions that will build the skills and knowledge of participants.

We are launching the Wraparound and Systems of Care Course at the University of South Florida today! So excited to share this knowledge at the institutional level. Graduates will be coming into the behavioral health field with an awareness of evidence-based practices that work for families.
