⚾️🌻Benny "The Jet" Rodriguez: a 70lb, 1.5 year old lap dog! There's something extra special about his giant blocky head, so the general consensus is that he's a pit bull mixed with something jumbo. We're still getting to know each other while he finishes his vet care, but I'm hopeful he'll be ready for a forever home in a couple weeks.🫶🏼

A moment of calm during this *heatwave*.🤦🏽‍♀️ Iris is feeling a bit burdened by her hormones lately. Okay, that's putting it lightly. She's yowling and presenting and doing all the things that tell me she's definitely not spayed. One more reason why I'm thankful she's inside now! The 10-day stray hold ends tomorrow, and the vet has an opening for Iris's first appointment in a few days. Looking forward to getting this girl on track!
