F3 Terracotta is a free, peer-led, men's leadership group... with a lot of burpees. F3 Terracotta is made up of men here in Lincoln and surrounding cities.

The first day of September was a holiday for most, and that means the return of , an opportunity for PAX to post at two workout sites before 8am.
Poppins lead both, starting with our run site, Iron Rail, in which 4-5 miles were covered. It was then followed by our sandbag site, Sandstorm, in which he lead the men through a modified version of the Pete and Bobby workout amongst other things.
