Aronia berries are ripening fast! The crop looks great so far. This superior berry is so high in nutrients that just a few a day can add healthy benefits. I will post a recent Dr. Mercola article for those of you interested in some science on Astaxanthins. Aronia is chock full of these!

We just moved them to a new winter pasture - grass left from last fall. They love it! They didn't even come up to eat the hay bales we left out for them this evening.

A small herd, but tight knit - they always go together, and get distressed if one is separated. Enjoying perfect weather today - not too hot nor too cold for them!
