New 2-Story182,329 SF Seismic Replacement Hospital, worked on all phases from first lines through Construction Administration. This Hospital was modeled and coordinated as a Revit Building Information Model (BIM-3D) and was delivered using Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) used an Integrated Form of Agreement (IFOA) contract. This meant that the design team worked with the GC and subs throughout the process using Lean Tools developed by Toyota (A3's/Big Room coordination/Pareto Charts/etc.). It was a great experience!

97,000 SF 2-Story Class A Office Building completed in 2004 amenities include custom designed lobby stair with coffee cart and outdoor patio with covered seating.
