This is how I start my day- slow, intentional and grounded

Long hours working on a computer can create a lot of tension in the arms, wrists and hands.

Today’s session focused on targeted massage work for the upper limbs using a combination of therapeutic techniques and hot stone therapy to help release tension and support circulation.

These are areas we rely on every day but often don’t think to care for- until they start to feel overworked.

Taking time to restore balance in the body can make a big difference in overall comfort and function.
