Yesterday was such an amazing, heart filling day! My clients that I have been working with for over 2 months now finally got to see their new home in person for the first time! You heard that right, they purchased this house without ever stepping foot inside, you have to really trust your Realtor to take such a huge financial risk such as this. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for better clients to work with on this transaction, it was such a fun experience. They decided to move from Minnesota to California to be closer to their son who will be starting his second year at UC Berkeley this fall. We found a beautiful single story home in Oakley Ca close to trails, parks, amazing restaurants and BART. Wishing them many years of happiness in their new home. How lucky am I to have such wonderful clients turn into lifetime friends?! I truly do love what I do and am so incredibly lucky to be doing it. ♥️

Side Note - how cute is their poodle 🐩 Fluffy?! He told me he is so excited for the new dog park right around the corner 🤪😘
