It’s not easy doing yoga at home with a cat that talks to you the whole time!

✨ As mentioned, part of the reason I have ‘reopened’ this space is to share pieces of my wellness journey over the last several months. ✨

Most people show before and after photos, but here is a before and during image.

Teen Yoga + Mindfulness 4-Week Series (Ages 13-17)

Each class will provide opportunities to build self-awareness, self-confidence, and teach teens how to use yoga + mindfulness for self-regulation. Students will use their breath and movement to reduce everyday stressors and increase positive self image.

Kids Yoga 4-Week Series (Ages 6-12)

During this 4-week series, 'lil yogis will explore the practices of yoga + mindfulness and arts n' crafts!

Your child will learn to connect their body and mind through stillness, movement, breath practices, games and creativity.

These classes provide preventative well-being skills benefiting the mind, body, and emotional state.

Taught by Challenge to Change yoga teachers: Jenna Bell, Sherrie Collins and Val Giegerich.
