SoCal GOYA’s first Lenten retreat! 60+ GOYAns from Southern California parishes enjoyed a snowy weekend at Pali Retreat center learning about what it means to be an athlete for Christ while playing games, throwing snowballs and meeting each other!

We are VERY excited to announce this year’s SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA GOYA LENTEN RETREAT!

Friday March 29 - Sunday March 31

This is a wonderful opportunity for our youth to come together in faith, fellowship, nature, and a lot of fun to be had!

The retreat will be held at the BEAUTIFUL Pali Retreat Center in the San Bernardino Mountains near Running Springs.

All Southern California GOYAns are invited to participate in a wonderful retreat and getaway filled with delicious meals, zip lining, archery, hiking, basketball, volleyball, discussions, worship, Divine Liturgy, and plenty of time to play games, hang out, and get to know one another.

Registration includes: 2 Nights lodging, all meals and activities (Zip Line, Archery, etc) beginning Friday evening (meeting at Prophet Elias San Bernardino, to Sunday lunch).
Note: GOYAns who are participating in GOBL basketball WILL be able to be back for the games on Sunday, so no need to stress about any conflict!

METROPOLIS YOUNG ADULT WINTER RETREAT IN LAKE TAHOE, NV

Registration is open for the 17th Annual Metropolis Young Adult Winter Retreat in Lake Tahoe, January 12-15, 2024.

Join us for this beautiful retreat, located on a private retreat center on the shore of Lake Tahoe with spectacular views, incredible food, and awesome accommodations! Not to mention, we have a weekend packed full of fun, faith, and fellowship with Orthodox young adults from across the Archdiocese!
