In preparation for REEL ROCK 7, I had the priviledge of working with a professional post-production house to make the HD tape master and encode the MPEG files for the DVD release of the program. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that the man I was working with there had done the special effects in "Star Trek: The Motion Picture" and many other movies that sound familiar, "Babe" and one of the Terminator pictures among them.

It won't be a Reel Films production, but the 7th Annual Reel Rock film tour, which will feature four exciting films that I helped work on, starts its globe-spanning journey here in Boulder on September 13!

Reel Rock 7 REEL ROCK 7 brings exclusive premieres of the best new climbing and adventure films to 300 locations around the world.

More than 1,500 views on the "Defiant" trailer so far, making it the most-watched video ever produced by Reel Films. Thanks to all of you who have watched it, commented, and shared it!
