I have been thinking about heroes. I volunteer at Colorado Therapeutic Riding Center, we had our first class of summer session today. I am so humbled by the riders. These 4 adults, all with some kind of significant physical issues, get on top giant animals and ride every week, doing things that would be hard for most of us. My rider J, had a rough day, the heat was wicked on him and he felt very weak, almost being unable to stand after dismounting, but he did, and he will again next week. That is what defines a hero for me, someone who faced with something difficult, doesn't let it whip them, who keeps a snse of humor and keeps on.
Tell me about your heroes...

Does this happen to anyone else? You have a problem to solve... you get mad because solving the problem isn't as easy or fast as you would like.... you yell and fuss and blame someone for being an idiot (knowing it is probably you who is the idiot) You then do something else only when you return to your problem the answer is simple and right in front of you!!!!
That was my morning! lol... so my message of today is "chill" one little step at a time..breathe .... oxygen is such a good thing... and take a break from the problem (or maybe even the person) and return. Most likely the the solution will be there.
