We are so excited to announce the opening of our NEW primary care clinic in Jefferson! The clinic will open next Thursday, July 23rd and will be located at 1113 N. Walcott St. in the Marion County Hospital District building. We are accepting new patients and appointments can be made online now!

CORE Health Systems will bring primary care and psychiatry services for children, adolescents, and adults to Marion County. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and offer a sliding fee scale for families to pay as little as $20 for a visit.
