We had the best Amish store in NY that we would visit for all the homemade goodies. We miss it so much! We stopped in today to get the freshly ground peanut butter, jelly and homemade bread! We also HAD to grab some sausage for breakfast and some horseradish cheese! Do you have a store like this where you are?!
Went back to where we got married today, still as beautiful as ever!! 🤍

Found these in the middle of the road (we live on a dirt road with a farm and tons of crops!) so we brought them home to give to the chickens. We initially thought they were tiny watermelons but they might actually be citron melons 🤔 the chickens ate them up! 🐓

Every night the old ladies get lured back into their run with treats. The babies have been watching and have actually started whining for some 😂 they’ve got me all figured out!

Y’all 🤦♀️ a week or so ago one of the chickens broke open one of their eggs and then we had a drop in production so we assumed the worst, that a chicken started eating them. So I put the dummy wooden eggs in the nesting boxes and it *seemed* to stop. Tell me why today, 3 fake eggs are missing!? 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ Whereeeeeeeee did they go? I raked the whole run to see if maybe they somehow got them out of the coop and buried them.. nada. What the what? No way it’s a raccoon or fox. Snake… maybe but wouldn’t they go after the chickens?? Dude. It’s always something.. 😅😅
