A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to the screening of our film, “Blended Worlds: The Fusion of Art & Science at JPL.” With nearly 100 people in attendance, the film was followed by a panel + Q&A, led by and writer/producer/editor Neena Pathak. We talked with our filmmakers and as well as olfactory artist from , finally hearing from JPL technologists and BW project leads and . Literally a star-studded event. 💫

Making this film for has been one of this year’s highlights here at Junk, to say the least. Being given an opportunity to immerse ourselves in the history of was enough to make a space nerd’s head explode with joy. To then watch the process these incredible artists engage in as they integrated data and science into their artwork was one of the most compelling and incredible things we’ve ever had the luck to point a camera at.

So thank you, artists and JPL-ers, for allowing us to be a part of your lives for the past 8 months. And thank you to everyone who came to watch the result on the big screen. Our cups are full.
