SWEET CHILI CHICKEN RECIPE
Sticky, crispy, and absolutely addictive this better-than-takeout chicken dish comes together in just 30 minutes!
Whether you pan-fry, bake, or air fry it, the golden chicken gets tossed in a sweet and savory homemade sauce that hits all the right notes: sweet, tangy, and just the right amount of heat.

INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
½ cup cornstarch (for coating)
2 tbsp neutral oil (avocado or canola)
½ cup sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
2 tbsp honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
1–2 tsp sriracha or chili flakes (optional for extra heat)
Sliced scallions (for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ Prep the Chicken
Cut chicken into bite-size chunks, pat dry, and toss with cornstarch until fully coated.
2️⃣ Cook the Chicken
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken pieces until golden and crisp, about 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway.
💡 Air Fryer: 375°F for 14–16 mins
💡 Oven: 400°F for 20 mins
3️⃣ Make the Sauce
In a saucepan, stir together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and vinegar or lime. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
4️⃣ Toss & Serve
Add crispy chicken to the pan of sauce and toss until everything is coated in that sticky goodness. Garnish with scallions and serve hot!
🍚 HOW TO SERVE:
Serve over jasmine rice, with steamed broccoli, or wrap in lettuce for a lighter take. It’s bold, flavorful, and perfect for any night of the week.

Ingredients:
8 slices thick-cut bread (Texas toast works great!)
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
2–3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Italian herbs
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
2 boneless chicken breasts
Olive oil, salt & pepper
Lettuce leaves
1–2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
Mayonnaise
Optional: cheese slices or avocado
Directions:
1️⃣ Grill chicken breasts with olive oil, salt & pepper until juicy and cooked through. Slice thinly.
2️⃣ Mix garlic, butter, herbs, and red pepper flakes. Spread on bread slices.
3️⃣ Toast bread butter-side down until golden and crisp.
4️⃣ Spread mayo inside, then layer lettuce, tomato, grilled chicken, and optional cheese/avocado.
5️⃣ Top with the second slice of bread (garlic butter side out).

Ingredients:
Chow mein noodles (or yakisoba)
Cabbage, thinly sliced
Celery, chopped
Onion, sliced
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce (optional)
Sesame oil
Garlic & ginger
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package, then drain.
Stir-fry onion, celery, and cabbage until slightly tender.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
Toss noodles + veggies with sauce until coated.
