We look not only back, but around us—at communities still seeking equity, at veterans still fighting for dignity, and at systems that continue to fall short of the ideals they were built on.
We believe gratitude must translate into action. Memory becomes impact when it drives us to confront barriers, uplift communities, and build a more just future for all.

Not every week is meant for celebration. And this one wasn't.
I was supposed to be back in my hometown this week, San Francisco — facing off against the biggest evil in my industry. The kind of fight that doesn't make the highlight reel but defines everything about who you are.
Years ago, one of the most high-profile companies in the world wanted me as their Head of Ethics. Lucrative. Safe. Someone else's story.
I said no.
Because I needed autonomy without false promises. As a Jewish activist, a board member, a founder raising a family — I needed to be able to fight without asking permission. I didn't leave the highest concentration of billionaires because wealth doesn't matter. I left because a life with autonomy and free of abuse matters more.
Behind the scenes this week there were challenges, growth, and moments that tested everything.
But there was also gratitude.
Our family is strong. Our businesses are in a powerful place. And after everything — the fights, the betrayals, the moments nobody saw — we are exactly where we need to be.
To anyone going through it right now — we see you. We've been there. And we'll keep showing up, mentoring, and giving back the way we once needed.
Some fights you have to show up for. Even when it costs you. Especially when it costs you.
