These flowers mesmerize me and my kids are tired of hearing about it!

But to me, this is the quintessential wild flower - bold, bright, tall and pedals as delicate as crumpled tissue paper.

We started with just a few, but this year they are spilling down the hillside and popping up all over the garden!

This is not just another salad jar. This is a BROWNIE jar full of the whole veggies and fruits that are blended into delicious chocolatey bites...

Canyon Kitchen brownies were one of the two recipes that launched our company. This is the recipe that will be closing off the final month of our Monthly Nourishment program.

The founding members of this program - those who took a leap of faith and bought the membership before I had even created any content - are approaching the 12th and final month. It's hard to believe a year has almost passed!
