Cajun Shrimp Alfredo Penne (Takeout Style)
Ingredients:
For the shrimp:
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined (no tails)
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
For the Alfredo pasta:
12 oz penne pasta
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
For garnish:
Cajun seasoning (for sprinkling)
Fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions:
1. Boil penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.
3. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet. Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink and lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic 30 seconds.
5. Add heavy cream and simmer 2–3 minutes on medium heat.
6. Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Cook until sauce thickens.
7. Add cooked penne to the sauce and coat well.
8. Plate pasta, top with shrimp, and sprinkle extra Cajun seasoning and parsley on top.
9. Serve hot (optional: add extra sauce on the side like takeout style).

Creamy Shrimp Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked rotini pasta
1 lb cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1/2 cup red onion (diced)
1/2 cup celery (diced)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and let cool.
2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, shrimp, onion, and celery.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
5. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Serve cold and enjoy!

Sheet Pan Crispy Cajun Shrimp Bites with High-Protein Bayou Sriracha Crema

Ingredients:
The Sheet Pan Bites:
1 lb medium shrimp (peeled, deveined, finely chopped), 4 oz cream cheese (softened), ½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese, ¼ cup green onions (chopped), 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning, 1 tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp smoked paprika, 1 egg, ½ cup panko breadcrumbs, ½ cup crushed buttery crackers.
The Crispy Coating:
½ cup all-purpose flour, 2 eggs (beaten), 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (for extra crunch), cooking spray.
The High-Protein Bayou Sriracha Crema:
½ cup Greek yogurt (0% fat), 2 tbsp sriracha, 1 tsp Cajun seasoning, 1 tsp honey, ½ tsp garlic powder, juice of ½ lime whisked smooth.
Instructions:
Mix chopped shrimp, cream cheese, pepper jack, green onions, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, egg, panko, and crushed crackers until the mixture holds together.
Shape into bite-sized balls. Roll each in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat in panko. Place on a lined sheet pan, spray generously with cooking spray.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes until deeply golden and crispy. Whisk Greek yogurt, sriracha, Cajun seasoning, honey, garlic powder, and lime juice into a thick, fiery crema.
Serve the bites hot with the crema for dipping.
