How to create your top college list Think of your top college list as a large funnel that over the years you will refine and narrow down and eventually hone in on your top choices.

If you've been reaching out to college coaches (and you should be!), it's only been one-way communication up to now. Wondering what college coaches are thinking on the other end? Is there interest? Are you on their radar? If ONLY you could ask them some questions.

Well, THURSDAY is the day college coaches are finally allowed to communicate back to you!

Keep in mind, June 15th does NOT define your recruiting journey. If you get a call, enjoy it! Keep an open mind. And if you don't get a call, use it as motivation to do more. Don't sit back and wait for them to come to you.

Talent may get you noticed but work ethic and drive will separate you from the rest.
