Pool repair update

The Board of Directors and PMP regret to inform you that the pool will not be opened this weekend as originally scheduled. Major delays in the re-surfacing and re-filling of the pool have pushed the opening until next Friday. The contractor (CPR Pools) needs the additional time to bring the chemical levels up to LA Health Department safety standards. Additionally, CPR has informed us that they will not be able to turn on the heater for either the pool or spa for an additional 30 days in order to avoid cracks developing in the new surface.

We hope you understand that neither the Board or PMP had anything to do with the delays but have the duty to ensure the safety of all residents. We will open the pool area as soon as we are given the clearance to do so.

We are truly sorry for the unfortunate delay and hope you all have a wonderful holiday.

Corbin Gate Closure


Corbin Gate closed, Wednesday 5/24/17 @ 7:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.


As a reminder, the Corbin gates will be painted tomorrow and will need to be closed from 7:00 A.M. until approximately 3:00 P.M. The painters will remove the cones as soon as the job is completed. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Promenade Board Meeting

The Board meeting originally scheduled for Thursday, June 23rd has been postponed until Thursday, June 30th. The meeting will take place at the Porter Ranch Community School at 12450 Mason Avenue and begins at 7:00 P.M.
