¡El pueblo unido jamás será vencido!

We need your support!!! For about 11 weeks, compassionate neighbors have been providing community watch support and know your rights information where a neighbor was kidnapped outside a community food bank in East Pasadena.

Slides 2-3 are reminders of why community shows up. Unfortunately, we don’t know the name of the person who was kidnapped outside the food bank. This neighbor was wrongfully taken from their family and community without due process while waiting in line for food resources. Thanks to an unknown neighbor who honored them.

On slide 3, is a flyer of Franco Caraballo and his beloved wife, Johanny Sánchez. Franco was kidnapped, ripped away and disappeared from his family while legally applying for asylum. He went missing and was sent to CECOT without their knowledge. May we honor him and continue to fight for his safe return from CECOT, a heinous, for-profit concentration camp.

If you are able to help in person or want to send resources here’s how you can tap in on the last slide! Bonus if you are multilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin, Armenian, Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Russian or Ukrainian.

Email [email protected] to connect!!!

¡Fuera 🧊! No more illegal kidnappings!!!

Thank you to all who continue to support these efforts through PPE, red cards, whistles and more! Grateful for resources and learning from and other neighbors!

If you’re in a different area, post in the comments to connect with your neighbors!
