We’re enrolling 2,000 peripheral neuropathy patients in our Expanded Access Program (EAP), starting with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
To participate:
-Must have a diagnosis of peripheral neuropathy.
-Your physician must provide medical history.
-Access to computer/phone for Patient Portal.
-Sign an informed consent form.
-Apply WST-057 daily for 6 months.
-Log updates on symptoms.
-Cost: ~$1,980 for 6-month supply.
