When Ann Metzger .who.flip came to me through the Agency with this 3 bed/3 bath remodel in Laguna Beach, we knew immediately this home wanted to breathe mid-century modern. Clean lines, intentional details, a nod to the past with a fresh eye toward the future.

I took on the kitchen and all three bathrooms, and from the very first ideas, one element kept calling to me: the Chaine Homme "H" tile by . There's something about the way it balances geometry and warmth that just *is* mid-century. The moment I placed it in the design, everything clicked.

This is just the teaser. The story is still unfolding — and I cannot wait to show you what this space becomes.

This cool green croc leather reclining sofa was designed from the ground up — leather sourced separately, vendor collaboration on every tweak — and now it’s perfectly placed in my client’s home.
